Slippbarinn is the hotel bar and restaurant of the trendy harbour area hotel Icelandair Reykjavik Marina which opened in the early summer of 2012. It has become a very popular spot with locals not least due to the lively bar which specializes in smart twists on classical cocktails.

The menu is short but you have some nice choices. We were especially impressed with the seafood pan, consistensly good, as well as the calamari, fried squid with a spicy aioli. Wine list is very short but well chosen and all wines available by the glass.
